David Mulford

Biography

As an industry veteran, David has 25 years (and counting) of varied AV, IT and Educational Technology management experience. He has been an member of Educause since 2005.
Besides being an AV and IT manager, David has held roles actively supporting teaching and learning activities at Kenyon College (OH), Roanoke College (VA), James Madison University (VA), Johnston Community College (NC) and Campbell University (NC).
As an active practitioner, he has taught in-person, hybrid and online undergraduate Communications courses at Roanoke College and James Madison University, and has provided consulting services in course design and instructional technology to adjunct and full-time faculty in a variety of course disciplines. David is a former broadcast engineer, opera singer, contra dancer, and triathlete. He is currently a certified Quality Matters Peer Reviewer and Blackboard Administrator, who is happy working with faculty to improve their in-person and online pedagogy.
