Biography

David Pumpelly is a champion of technology and innovation in strategic HR. Drawing from his two-decade career spanning from technology consulting with Accenture to President and Chief HR strategist of a regional healthcare company, David is uniquely positioned to offer credible insight on the next generation of HR. As VP of Enterprise Talent Solutions at Avature, he is regularly consulting with and serving clients such as University of Colorado, Walmart, Apple, Accenture and AT&T as well as several emerging higher edicuation, healthcare, financial services and RPO companies. David also works with the Avature product team on emerging solutions such as Avature Talent Management, Avature Contingent Workforce Management and Avature’s Higher Education vertical.

David received his BS in Business/Computer Science from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. He and his family live in Huntsville, Alabama and enjoy traveling, skiing, and golf.
