Biography

David R. Feeney holds an Ed.D. in Educational Psychology from West Virginia University (where he also earned a master's degree in Behavior Analysis) plus a dual-major bachelor’s degree from Ball State University in Psychology and Philosophy focusing on behavior & innovation. Recent projects include TUCAPTURE, task free automatic classroom recording & multicasting which is the #1 academic capture system in America; Mobile Capture Annotation Smart Tech (MCAST) to blend TABLETPCs with TUCAPTURE to allow cheap, simple capture of classroom handwriting & annotation.
