Biography

David Richert is currently serving Sequoias Community College District as Applications Manager.  He holds both a Bachelor’s degree and Master’s degree from Fresno Pacific University in the areas of business and educational technology respectively.  David is a successful leader with a passion for motivating and empowering the teams and institutions he has served to embrace technology solutions that make a difference for students.  He has served over 30 years in both private and public higher education institutions and has worked his way through the ranks into management and leadership roles.  David Strives to bring innovative solutions promoting automation, efficiency, and a better experience for the students, faculty, staff, and administrators he serves.  He has been honored to lead many teams throughout his career and has helped develop them into highly functioning units empowered to solve problems and serve others with dignity by modeling the behavior he wishes to see in those he leads.
