David Soliday

Biography

A midwesterner by birth and upbringing. In 2001, I earned my Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems in from DeVry Institute (before it became a University.) In 2007, I earned a Master of Divinity and Master of Theological Studies degrees, with a specialty in Ethics, from the Methodist Theological School in Ohio. I worked for SARCOM (before they were bought by PCMall,) providing tech support and project management for 10 years before landing at OWU. Now, I've been a member of this community since 2008, first as Help Desk Manager, and now as Instructional Technologist.

In addition to my primary duties, I head up the Upcycling Center at OWU, a partnership between Sustainable Delaware Ohio and the OWU Department of Fine Arts.

I love to dance and play games and listen to music--all kinds (of music and games!) I am the father of four kids and one grandchild.
