Biography

Dr. David Yancey currently serves as the Associate Registrar for Information Systems at Coastal Carolina University and has nearly 15 years of experience in higher education across various technology-centered roles in both the Registrar’s and Provost’s Offices. His expertise is in information systems and business process design and implementation and he has worked with numerous colleges and universities to implement or improve processes and practices on their campuses. Dr. Yancey’s primary areas of focus include organizational change initiatives, systems development, project management, and student success initiatives.  He holds a bachelor's in computer information systems, a master's in business administration, and a doctorate in organizational change and leadership.
