Biography

Dawn is the IT Director of Campus Initiatives within the division of Information Systems and Computing at the University of Pennsylvania. Dawn is responsible for managing the development and implementation of university-wide initiatives by applying continuous improvement methods and project management expertise.  She is responsible for Penn’s Digital Transformation program, a multi-year program to help define and support the transformation of Penn’s business through the innovative use of data and technology.  Dawn is also the program manager for Penn’s response to COVID-19 that includes asymptomatic testing, vaccination clinics and public health campaigns.  It is through this collaborative, university-wide work that Dawn and her colleagues have established a center of excellence for highly productive, hybrid work environments.
