Biography

Dawn Canfield is the current Manager of User Services for California State University Channel Islands.  In this role she seeks to facilitate the use of technology for students, faculty, and staff.  She and the other members of her team strive to help users be successful by providing advice and assistance with a growing variety of desktop tools and technologies.   Prior to CSUCI Dawn worked for 27 years in various IT roles at UCLA focused on adding value to the end user experience.
