Debb Atnip is a senior capture and procurement strategist supporting higher education and public‑sector institutions. She serves as Manager of Education Capture and Growth at CDW, where she leads strategic pursuits across higher education, K-12, and national cooperative contracts. Debb brings more than two decades of experience aligning institutional requirements with technology and services solutions, with deep expertise in public procurement regulations, cooperative purchasing, and supplier engagement. She has held senior roles at CDW, NTT DATA, Dell, Perot Systems, and EDS, and is known for convening cross‑functional teams and facilitating experience‑based discussions grounded in real procurement environments. Debb holds a master’s degree in Experimental Psychology and Ergonomics from Texas Tech University.
