Biography

I have been the Assistant Vice President of Distance Education at Nassau Community College (NCC), part of the State University of New York, for over 11 years.  I received my Ed.D. with a concentration in Instructional Technology and Distance Education.  As the first Administrator of Distance Education at NCC, I have been pioneering that role as well as being an outlier of my generation having a strong passion for digital teaching and learning. 

I have led the campus migration to a new learning management system Blackboard Learn in 2013 and am reprising that role now as we transition to D2L Brightspace.
