Deb Nelson has been at Iowa State University for 15 years. She worked in the Ames Lab Accounting office for 10 years and has been with Administrative Technology Services for the past 5 years. She developed and implemented the Deposits On-Line system for the Treasurer’s department in 2002. She heads a Java Users Group that meets once a week to share ideas on implementing Java into our environment. She is currently serving on the Committee for Application Programming Standards where a document defining standards for web development is being drawn.
