Debra G. Smith is Assistant Professor at Ohio University Lancaster. She is responsible for program direction of the A.A. S in Health Technology at Ohio University. In the past, she served as CIO at The Ohio State University at Newark and the Central Ohio Technical College. She was responsible for all technology initiatives on this co-located campus serving 5000 students in the central Ohio area. She has a Bachelor's in Psychology from Ohio University, a Bachelor's in Physical Therapy for the University of Minnesota and a Master's in Education with emphasis on Instructional Design from Virginia Polytechnic Institute.
