Biography

As a Program Officer with the Triangle Research Libraries Network I am responsible for coordinating collaborative IT projects within our library consortium. Before coming to TRLN in 2007, I served as a Systems Librarian at Davidson College (1998 - 2007) and at UNC Chapel Hill (1994 - 1998). I'm also a doctoral candidate at the School of Information and Library Science at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where I develop instruments for exploring and communicating academic library value. My dissertation is entitled: “Developing the ‘Understanding Library Impacts’ protocol: a method for detecting and communicating academic library contributions to undergraduate student learning outcomes.”
