Biography
Des Welch is a Technology Solutions Professional (TSP) for Microsoft's Public Sector Education Specialist Team Unit (STU). He has worked with Groove software and architecture for over five and a half years, serving as a Level 3 Support Engineer and a Professional Services Network Architect.. Previously, Des founded an Internet Services Provider company, worked as an IT consultant for First Union National Bank, and was an application platform developer. He also has worked for NASA, and was a pilot and meteorologist in the US Air Force, Texas Air National Guard and US Air Force Reserve.
