Diane Byron
Biography
Diane Byron holds a BA in Environmental Sciences from the University of Lowell. In 1995 she was involved in the development of a centralized Help Desk to serve students, faculty and staff at the University of New Hampshire. As manager of Computing and Information Services, Help Desk Professional Services she has initiated several programs and strategies to enhance customer service and provide quality services while maintaining level budgeting and staffing levels.Membership with EDUCAUSE
