Diane Gentile


Diane Gentile, Director of Customer Services at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, has been employed by the University for more than 20 years. In 1993, she helped establish and open the doors to the first IT Help Desk at the school of medicine. She assumed management of the Help Desk in 1996, and has held the Customer Services Director position since 2007. Certifications include ITIL Foundations Version 2, and ITIL Foundations Versions 3.
