Biography
Diane Nauffal serves as the Assistant to the President for Institutional Research & Assessment and is an Associate Professor of Education at the Lebanese American University (LAU). She leads the Department of Institutional Research & Assessment, playing a pivotal role in advancing strategic planning, accreditation, and institutional effectiveness. Dr. Nauffal’s scholarly work spans educational leadership, management, and policy, with a focus on higher education systems. Her research addresses critical issues such as organizational dynamics, strategic development, and factors influencing student success. Actively involved in higher education reform, she contributes to shaping educational policies and governance while supporting institutional development through various initiatives.
