As a seasoned management consultant and executive advisor with 25 years of experience, Dianna helps leaders drive growth, transformation, and decisive action. She leverages a strategic blend of consulting expertise and executive coaching to enhance leadership effectiveness, operational efficiency, and executive presence.Previously at Microsoft Corporation and PwC Consulting (now IBM Global Business Services), Dianna advised senior leaders of client organizations, by applying best-in-class methodologies to address complex challenges and enhance operational performance. This advisory experience forms the backbone of her executive coaching practice, enabling C-suite executives, founders, academic, and research leaders to achieve breakthrough results and scale their impact.She is certified to administer the EQi 2.0 and 360 Leadership Assessment, the Hogan Leadership Assessment Suite, and the Immunity to Change (ITC) for 1:1 Coaching.Personally, Dianna is an avid open water swimmer, having completed relays from Catalina Island to Los Angeles and, on a few occasions, swimming from Alcatraz Island to San Francisco.
