Biography

I am an instructional technologist working at Somerset Community College, a rural institution in south-central Kentucky.

My professional goals are to:

     -build my skills in designing meaningful learning experiences utilizing principes and tools from neuroscience

     -advocate for a humanized, non-industrial approach to education 

I have a Master's degree in Adult & Higher Education from Morehead State University and I am enrolled in the Graduate Certificate in Instructional Design program at Western Kentucky University. I have taught as an adjunct instructor for six years.
