Don Merritt

Biography

I specialize in making technology accessible and effective for users, allowing them to focus on outcomes rather than tools. With expertise in media management, social networking, and process improvement, I’ve led initiatives that promote innovation, sustainability, and user-centered design—particularly through my work at UCF.

As former President of the Educational Technology Collaborative, I guided the organization through rebranding and legal restructuring, strengthening my leadership in non-profit development and community building.

A frequent speaker at conferences and workshops, I focus on leadership, team dynamics, and user experience. I also have research experience with video games and usability - areas where technology and creativity intersect.

Let’s connect.
