Biography
As Web Administrator, Donna Hamilton develops, manages and coordinates Wright State University's Web presence and Web-based collaborative projects. She is responsible for developing Web policies, style guidelines and training courses to better assist the campus community's effort to build a better Web and to use the Web as a marketing tool. Donna evaluates progress and effectiveness of the university's Web site through user statistics, annual surveys and ongoing feedback of university committees. Three years in a row, Web survey results
show 85 to 90 percent "good" to "excellent" overall rating and ease of use rating. Donna earned a B.S. degree in Communications/Marketing from the University of Dayton.
