Biography
Ms. Bolger earned her B.A. degree in English from Penn State University and her M.S.L.S. from Clarion University.
She is the Reference/Interlibrary Loan Librarian at Westminster College, a private, liberal arts college, where she
is also the library's webmistress and responsible for electronic resources.
She is the co-author of Church and Social Action (1990 , Greenwood Press), of the Library Handbook,
and co-book review editor for The Journal of Interlibrary Loan, Document Delivery and Information Supply.
This poster presentation with Richard L. Sprow is her first venture into researching one of the thornier issues of higher education.
