Biography

Doug Goans is the Director of Library Technology Development and Operations at Emory University Libraries. He previously worked at Georgia Tech Library as the Head of Information Technology and Development and Technology Program Manager. Prior to Georgia Tech, Doug was the Head of Digital Library Services and Web Development Librarian at Georgia State University Library. Doug holds a master's degree in Library and Informational Science from the University of Missouri.
