Doug Blair

Biography

Doug Blair is Director of Digital Strategy for Carnegie Mellon's University Libraries.  In this role, he is helping Libraries develop new services to support research, teaching, and learning.  He holds an ITIL Expert certification and has experience with a number of other process frameowkrs (PMI, TQM, Six Sigma, etc).  Prior experience includes systems supporting web content management, HR, facilities, mobile devices, and more.  Doug holds a BS in Technical and Professional Writing and Editing from Carnegie Mellon. He periodically threatens to finish one or more of the three graduate programs he's started over the past 25 years.
