Biography
Doug Mann is the Associate Provost for Information Technology at Ohio University. He is an Assistant Professor of Social Medicine at OU's College of Osteopathic Medicine, and previously served as its Coordinator of Instructional Development. Doug led the team that implemented an enterprise Blackboard system at OU, and he is currently guiding the implementation of an enterprise web content management system. Doug's Ph.D. in Experimental Psychology is from Ohio University, and he holds the M.S. degree in Instructional Systems Technology from Indiana University.
