Ed Shaw


I joined New York University in April 2021 as a Change Management Analyst. I am responsible for developing and integrating change management strategies and deliverables to drive service adoption. My higher education career began in 2005 at Penn State University as an IT manager and has included responsibilities for service management, process improvement, project management, and organizational change.  I successfully completed MOR Associates' IT Leaders Program and several Penn State Leadership and Management Development programs.  I am studying Organizational Leadership through Penn State's World Campus.  I am a certified Change Management Practitioner and Trainer, a Business Relationship Manager Professional, hold several ITIL certifications, and am a trained facilitator.
