Biography

I am an educational researcher and learning experience designer with over eight years of experience in the field of education. My mission is to create innovative, evidence-based learning solutions that harness the power of generative artificial intelligence to transform teaching and learning.

Currently, I am pursuing a Ph.D. in Science with a focus on Education at the Instituto Politécnico Nacional (IPN). I serve as a professional engagement coordinator at Universidad Tecmilenio, where I design and implement AI-enhanced methodologies that connect graduates with companies through a process that integrates both technical and cultural dimensions. Previously, I worked as a Learning Experience Designer at Chegg LATAM, supporting expert teams in delivering high-level academic support in STEM-B fields.

My areas of expertise include instructional design, active learning, competency-based assessment, rapid prototyping, and the use of generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Bard, Hugging Face, Microsoft Copilot, Voiceflow, and Chatbase. I am passionate about educational research and have published peer-reviewed articles in academic journals, including work on 4MAT learning cycles and virtual labs evaluated with the Kirkpatrick Model. I am also a recipient of the 2022 Graduate Academic Excellence Award.
