Elaine Allard
Biography
Elaine Allard, Associate Professor and Coordinator of Library Technology and Access Services at Plymouth State University. She is involved in all areas of technology in the Library, a member of the WebCT support team, and is co-manager of the Learning Commons Project. Also, she coordinates and teaches in the PSU Graduate Program for Library Media Specialists. Elaine received her Bachelor of Science Degree from Plymouth State College, and her Masters of Library and Information Studies from the University of Rhode Island.
