Biography
Elaine H. Olaoye is Director of the Brookdale Community College Positive Psychology Center. She has taught psychology for over 25 years and uses ITV technology as well teach an online course. Dr. Olaoye reaearch interests in Positive Psychology, Stress Management and Authentic Assessment. She currently exploring e-portfolios as a method of authentic assessment. Dr. Olaoye teaches Behaviorasl Statistics and also uses Poetry in her Psychology classes. Use of students right and left brains is seen as a critical strategy in
teaching and learning as well as in stress management . Dr. Olaoye is a Professor , Psychology, at Brookdale Community College and an Adjunct Professor at John Jay College of Criminal Justice of the City University of New York.
