Biography

Magister in IT Governance, autonomous with investigative attitude, self-learning ability, certified in ITIL foundation V3 with solid knowledge on different methodologies, best practices and information technologies: ISO 27001: 2013, ISO / IEC 27002: 2013, COBIT, COSO, risk management, asset management, incidents and problems management. Control and monitoring of indicators, service level assurance, technology infrastructure management, able to advise other people or organizations in identifying opportunities and IT strategies to solve problems in their field of expertise in the identification and assessment of alternatives, personal training, as well as the implementation and follow the lines of action applicable, possess a great sense of belonging, I show a great interest in working in multidisciplinary teams; always analyzing the impact of solutions built through my career.
