Kiggins is an Assistant Professor and Instructional Technologist in the Faculty Academy for Excellence and Innovation at the University of Indianapolis. Her responsibilities include developing and providing resources to assist faculty with the integration of various instructional technologies to enhance student learning. She supports faculty in face-to-face and distance learning environments. She regularly conducts workshops on the integration of various technologies into teaching. Her teaching responsibilities include Technology in Education I, Technology in Education II, Microcomputer Applications and Designing an Online Course. She was presented the 2009 Tech Point Mira Award for Educational Contribution to Technology as an Individual. Kiggins contributed to the EDUCAUSE Review article, “Charting the Course and Tapping the Community: The EDUCAUSE Top Teaching and Learning Challenges 2009. Kiggins is a Google Certified Educator.
