Elizabeth C. Harris is Director of Academic Technology Support at Indiana University, leading enterprise initiatives that align technology, academic strategy, and student success. She oversees a multi-functional team providing integrated IT support and endpoint management while driving institutional transformation.

With over 25 years of experience at major research universities, Elizabeth specializes in bridging academic and administrative domains—aligning governance, systems, technology, and organizational structures to strengthen teaching, learning, and research. Her work emphasizes collaboration, bridge building, organizational transformation, and data-informed decision-making to enable sustainable institutional impact.

Elizabeth holds a B.S. in Technology and an M.S. in Cognitive Engineering both from Purdue University.
