Research communication, external and international relations, marketing, team-building, social media development, web administration, and technology training. Will assist with the development of presentations, grant writing/reporting, post-event surveys, technology advocacy, and more.

HIGHLIGHTS:

Currently serving as Communications Manager for the University of Iowa Research Services division and Iowa Informatics Initiative (UI3). 


Past:

Communications Manager at the University of Wisconsin at Milwaukee central IT division.

Communications Specialist at the University of Minnesota, College of Food, Agricultural and Natural Resource Sciences, International Science and Technology Practice and Policy program (CFANS-InSTePP, HarvestChoice, MnDRIVE, etc.).

STEM-Trek Nonprofit: Executive Director, 2012 to present. U.S. Correspondent for the Southern Africa Development Community/Center for High-Performance Computing (SADC-CHPC) 2013 - present. IT Communications Manager for the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee (Jan. 2014-June, 2015). Program Chair for Data Symposium 2012, Milwaukee, Wisconsin March 1, 2012. The event was co-sponsored by the Southeast Wisconsin High Performance Cyberinfrastructure (SeWHiP), and the Clinical and Translational Science Institute of Southeast Wisconsin. U.S. Correspondent for the European Grid Infrastructure Community Forums (2009-2012).
