Ellen Ramsey

Biography

Ellen Ramsey heads Knowledge Integration services at the University of Virginia's Claude Moore Health Sciences Library. Working with liaison librarians on models for provision of value-added research assistance and curriculum-relevant information literacy integration are major Knowledge Integration activities. Recent projects have included an environmental scan of peer institutions liaison librarian programs, designing user education on collaborative tools for research and clinical faculty, and mobile device education and support initiatives in the healthcare environment. Ellen completed her master's degree in Higher Education Administration at the University of Virginia and has worked in the higher education technology field since 1998.
