Biography

Ellen Kanter is an Account Manager within the Sierra-Cedar Higher Education Practice. Previously, she was the Associate CIO for Enterprise Applications at the University of Massachusetts President’s Office, responsible for strategy and operation of multiple PeopleSoft pillars. Focus areas include ERP systems, Data Analytics and IT governance. With more than 30 years of IT leadership experience, primarily in higher education, Ms. Kanter focuses on helping institutions achieve strategic goals and transformational initiatives. She holds a Bachelor of Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts Boston.
