Hi, I’m Elmer. I serve as Chief Data Officer at St. John's College - the third-oldest college in the United States - where I lead data strategy, governance, and institutional analytics to make information more useful in advancing its unique mission.Throughout my career, I’ve designed systems and analyses that support smarter decisions across enrollment, planning, and student success. I enjoy mentoring students and colleagues, and I focus on making complex data understandable and actionable for a wide range of stakeholders.
