Biography

I am an Ed Tech Analyst at University of Pennsylvania, School of Veterinary Medicine. Serve as a system administrator and provide user support for all supported educational technology software and systems, including eValue, Canvas, PollEverywhere, LockDown Browser, and Panopto. Manage and triage incoming educational technology helpdesk ticket requests. Coordinate and provide technical troubleshooting exam support to students with issues relating to LockDown Browser, quizzes, laptops, and connecting to AirPennNet wireless. Function as a liaison with internal Penn Vet departments, including but not limited to: Office for Students, Instructional Design Team, and Curriculum Redesign Team to ensure seamless coordination of technology tools supporting curriculum, instruction, and assessment. Develop and implement faculty and staff training, consulting, and related support for educational technologies.
