Emily Adams

Biography

Emily K. Adams is a Principal Security Analyst at the Indiana University Center for Applied Cybersecurity Research (CACR) and has an M.S. in Secure Computing from Indiana University. She enjoys conducting cybersecurity assessments of complex and unique environments, exploring security challenges of operational technology (OT), and consulting on regulatory-driven (e.g. NIST RMF, CMMC) solutions for research projects and programs. Before joining CACR, Emily’s career included serving IU’s University Information Security Office as a Lead Security Engineer and was an Information Assurance Analyst contractor for the Department of Defense. Emily holds GISCP, GCIH, and Security+ certifications.
