With 19 years of dedicated service in public education, my journey has spanned from enlightening young minds as a second-grade teacher to mentoring juniors and seniors in English. My commitment to education extends beyond the classroom, having coached every sport the schools offered, showcasing my versatility and dedication to student development in all aspects of their lives.
I have furthered my expertise in the field of education by earning both a master's and a doctoral degrees in Instructional Leadership. This advanced knowledge has empowered me to take on pivotal roles in shaping educational strategies and policies. My tenure as a middle school campus principal was marked by significant technological advancements, specifically during the transition to a 1:1 iOS deployment, where I played a crucial role in integrating technology into instructional design and learning environment.
My contributions to education also include the co-design and development of a virtual school. In this innovative space, I have served both as an educator and an administrator, demonstrating my adaptability and forward-thinking approach to education in the digital age.
