The more we learn, the better we can help others learn and understand what it takes to get hired and succeed in employment with a criminal record.

There are companies that hire felons. Learning to present ones capabilities and attitude in a positive way using best practices becomes the model for other ex-offenders and felons looking for jobs.

We encourage our students to persue careers in information technology.  They have the opportunity to build careers rather than just jobs.  

The more felons who get jobs, the stronger and safer our communities become.  With jobs, they become taxpayers and contributing members of society rather than liabilities.
