Biography

Eric brings retrieval augmented generative AI solutions to state, local government, HiEd and k12 students, citizens, and staff across the US and Canada.  Eric previously served in multiple public sector executive leadership roles as the CIO State of Ohio Medicaid, CIO for a city, and the CIO, and CTO for two counties. Eric worked in partnership with multiple HiEd and K12 schools while in public sector. In healthcare Eric provided IT leadership for a physician’s corporation, and two hospitals.  In the private sector Eric served customers through fortune 500 and startup companies like Dell Technologies, IBM, Deloitte and Touché, Portal Software, and TeMeDa. Eric has also served as a “Builder” in RNMCB 20 and 26.
