Biography
Erica is the Faculty Lead for Teaching and Learning in the College of Information Sciences and Technology at The Pennsylvania State University. Her focus is on supporting faculty in teaching development, collaborating on curriculum and assessment, and helping strengthen learning support across undergraduate and graduate programs. She has experience consulting with faculty and creating workshops that focus on using pedagogically sound strategies to implement technology into classrooms. Her research interests include teaching students to use AI in ethical ways, inclusive teaching, and peer learning in higher education.
