Biography

Erica Sterling Bush has over 21 years of professional experience focusing in web development, instructional design and digital marketing.  She has worked 13 years in higher education and 4 years in healthcare. She graduated from Drexel University with a BS degree and studied Chemical Engineering and Education.  Erica also completed a master's degree in Instructional Technology Management at La Salle University in 2016. This degree focuses on the following areas: Web Design, Usability and Visual Literacy, Professional Media Production, Client Communications and Consulting, Leadership in managing creative professionals, Evaluating the best software and technology for e-collaboration and learning online, Best practices in Online education, Visual Presentations, Instructional videos, and mobile applications, Project Management and Multicultural communications. Erica's previous employment includes:  Assistant Director of Online Learning at Montgomery County Community College, Instructional Designer at La Salle University, Web Administration and Support Manager of Einstein Healthcare Network, Digital Communications Manager of Penn Medicine (University of Pennsylvania Health System – UPHS), Webmaster of Cheyney University of Pennsylvania, etenants Webmaster at Brandywine Realty Trust and Instructional Designer for Brookwood Media Arts. Currently, Erica is employed in the Instructional Design and Technology department at Holy Family University. Erica is the owner of Websiteplant.com and Tekniquellc.com. Her other specialties include: consulting and creating online learning projects, content management system (CMS) migration,  WordPress, website consulting, social media, web analytics, digital marketing, video production, technology seminars,  and search engine optimization (seo).
