Ericka Mendez is a Project Manager at UW-Milwaukee'™s central IT organization (UITS) whose primary focus is the management of medium sized IT projects and the Project Management training and development of her colleagues inside and outside of the organization. With 11 years of experience as a Training and Development Specialist prior to becoming a Project Manager, Ericka manages projects using extensive skills in group facilitation and decision making that lead to a collaborative and relationship-based approach to project management.
