Erik Giles
Biography
I am a 17 year technology operations leader who has managed most kinds of IT services and implemented most kinds of software, from architecture to process, from budgets to staffing. My recent background is in data center and SOC/NOC management, but I have managed system administrators and developers most of my career. I have an MBA and MS in Engineering from USC and have worked at companies as varied as Boeing and Orbitz. I was a competitive public speaker in college and trained at Groundlings and IO Olympic in comedy and improv, spending four years in a professional troupe.EDUCAUSE Presentations
