Biography

I have been working closely with faculty and students as an Instructional Design within the Medical and Graduate School, located at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, since 2016. I assist with content development, provide pedagogical advice, and spread the knowledge of future technologies. I use my skills in Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, and Camtasia to create interactive learning modules and videos for faculty and students.

I also use my extensive knowledge in the learning management system, Blackboard, to manage and teach oncoming staff members how to adopt the system into their new role and solve issues that arise. I act as the technical owner of the lecture capture system we use, Echo360, holding bi-monthly meetings with stakeholders, coordinating resources and vendors for upgrades, and training staff members on how the system works.
