Biography

Erin Hottenstein works with leaders and their teams to take their performance to a higher level as they build on strengths, plan for the future, navigate change, and take action. She brings 20 years of experience as a consultant, trainer, facilitator, and coach in business, collegiate, and community settings. For the last four years, Erin has worked on multiple complex projects to innovate and strategically transform higher ed IT departments.
