Biography

Esteban “Steve” Sosa has eighteen years of experience in higher education. Across multiple roles, he has supported instructional divisions, managed technology integration, led content creation teams, developed pilot programs, and launched national training initiatives. He is the recipient of multiple awards, including Innovation of the Year, Excellence Award, and Outstanding Commitment to Excellence and Innovation. In addition to leadership, technical, creative, and supportive roles, he has also been recognized as Part-Time Faculty of the Year for innovative teaching practices. With degrees related to strategic communication and innovation, applied design, and eLearning, he supports the creation of all types of content and provides a concrete vision towards innovation in support of student success.
