Eugene Shubnikov

Biography

Eugene Shubnikov, MD, is research scientist of the Laboratory of clinical, population and prevention studies of therapeutic and endocrine diseases, Institute of Internal Medicine, Novosibirsk, Russia from 1986. He graduated from Novosibirsk Medical Institute, Novosibirsk in 1985. Member of the European Association for the study of Diabetes from 1992. Fellowship under Freedom Support Act at University of Pittsburgh, Graduated School of Public Health, Department of Epidemiology. Moderator of Internet prevention program for Former Soviet Union countries in the frame of Supercourse Global Library Project in Public Health, Epidemiology and Internet, Developer of the Global Free Library of Lectures at Internet - Supercourse project from 2000. www.pitt.edu/~super1/index.htm
