Biography
Eva Tsang is the Senior Course Designer in the Educational Technology and Publishing Unit (ETPU) of the Open University of Hong Kong (OUHK). She is in charge of course development and overall administration of OUHK's Online Learning Environment. Her expertise lies in the design, development and delivery of distance and open learning courses, and in the establishment of a quality assurance system to produce distance learning materials. Her recent work is on the provision of a total online learning environment for learners of the OUHK and innovative use of educational technology in education. She has been in charge of various e-learning projects including the development of online learning platforms and mobile learning. Starting from 2007, she has been concurrently appointed as the Project Director of the University's Centre for Innovation. She has a PhD degree in Instructional Design for Online Learning from Capella University and a Master's degree in Educational Technology from the University of Wales, Aberystwyth, UK.EDUCAUSE Publications
